BOIL WATER NOTICE As a precautionary measure, immediately, February 18, 2023, Boil Water Notice was issued for Fulton City Municipal Water customers, in the area along US 45 from Terry Road (Shadowens) to Water Valley, due to loss in water pressure from a main rupture. We appreciate the patience and support of our customers and community. We are also grateful for the dedicated and knowledgeable employees that are working to repair the issue and ensure a safe and reliable source of water. Garbage Pickup Schedule for City of Fulton

GFL will resume regular garbage pickup schedule on Thursday, February 2, 2023. He will also attempt to pick up all missed customers that were on Tuesdays regularly scheduled route on Thursday February 2, 2023.

IMMEDIATE RELEASE The City of Fulton is announcing that the city hall and other city offices will be closed on Wednesday, February 01, 2023 due to a winter weather and unsafe conditions. This action is being taken to ensure safety for residents and city employees with potential vehicle or foot traffic hazards because of frozen precipitation.

 “This winter storm has left difficult and dangerous driving conditions. Citizens are urged to stay home unless absolutely necessary to travel.“ said City Manager Mike Gunn. Office staff are monitoring email and voice mail if you have an immediate need. If you have a utility emergency call 270-236-3015  or and a dispatcher will get you the on call staff. All other emergencies should use 911.

*UPDATE*: Planned water outage & boil water notice for East Fulton beginning December 19, 2022

*UPDATE*: In order to complete a major valve repair on Cedar Street, it will be necessary for Fulton Public Works to interrupt the water flow December 19, 2022, Monday morning at 9:30 AM.  This interruption will affect all residents on the East side of the railroad from the Fulton Electric System Office to East Drive and South of OK Clifton.   This interruption should last approximately one (1) hour.  Following the repair completion, the City of Fulton will be required issue a boil water notice for this same area that will remain in effect until water samples sent to the lab have been analyzed.  The boil water notice should be resolved on Wednesday December 21, 2022.  Please continue to check our website www.fulton-ky.com and the Current Newspaper sites for updates.
