At 12:00 today, Friday, April 16, 2021 , A Boil Water Notice was issued for Fulton City Municipal Water customers on East of Martin Luther King Jr Drive. This also included the water district customers along the 45 Highway towards Water Valley. The boil water notice was issued after the water system experienced a drop in water pressure following a repair to a valve on this date, as a measure of precaution for our customers. We appreciate the patience and support of our customers and community. We are also grateful for the dedicated and knowledgeable employees that worked to repair the issue and ensure a safe and reliable source of water. The Boil Water Notice will remain in affect until further notice. Call 270-472-2434 Fulton Public Works for questions.

Why were we not notified, we were notified of water cut off Thursday, April 15, 2021. Our Address is 414 Court Drive, Fulton, KY. This is not acceptable. When I worked for the health department in Hickman everyone knew of the boil water order. Just saw this on Channel 6 WPSD news. This is the first we knew. Thank you for letting us know why no notification. That is quite dangerous for our community where we have lived since birth.
