Public Notice: Request for Qualifications (RFQ)

Project Title: Fulton, Kentucky Wayfinding Signage Engineering, Fabrication, and Installation Project

The City of Fulton, Kentucky, is seeking a qualified, multi-disciplinary firm to provide professional services for the design, engineering, and implementation of a city-wide wayfinding system. This project is a critical component of the City’s economic revitalization strategy, aimed at connecting the historic downtown and the I-69 corridor to Fulton’s unique cultural heritage as the "Banana Capital of the World."

The scope of work includes:

  • Grant Development & Management: Assistance in securing matching funds and ensuring compliance with the Delta Regional Authority (DRA) Delta Catalyst Grant.
  • Phase I (Design & Engineering): Strategic GIS mapping, structural engineering, and brand integration.
  • Phase II (Execution): Fabrication and installation of signage units.
