New Cut-Off Time for Payment of Utility Bills Will Be the Close of Business on the 20th of Every Month.
No Checks Accepted On Cut-Off Day or to Reconnect Utilities.

The City of Fulton tax bills were mailed on October 30.  To avoid a 10% penalty, the tax bill must be paid on or before December 1, 2012.  After January 1, 2013 one percent (1%) interest will be added every month to the face amount of the due tax.
The current city tax rate is $.0028 per $100
