**NOTICE** EFFECTIVE June 1, 2018 The City will DISCONTINUE issuing Utility Payment Agreement Extensions If your bill is not paid by 4pm on the 20th of the current month your services will be cut off. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED ON CUT-OFF DAY OR TO RECONNECT UTILITIES.
